Maternal-Fetal Attachment Levels in The Prenatal Period and the Factors Affecting It

Amaç: Prenatal dönemde başlayan bağlanma, anne ve fetüs/bebek sağlığı için önemli bir belirleyicidir. Bebeğine sevgiyle bağlanan anne, bebeğin sağlıklı büyümesine gelişmesine olumlu katkı sağlar. Bu çalışma ile doğum öncesi maternal-fetal bağlanma düzeylerini bunu etkileyen faktörleri belirlemek amaçlanmıştır.
 Yöntem: Kesitsel tanımlayıcı tipte yapılan araştırma, devlet hastanesinin kadın polikliniğine başvuran gebe kadınlar üzerinde yapılmıştır. Araştırma polikliniğe gebeliği olan toplam 170 kadından oluştu. Veriler soru formu Bağlanma Envanteriyle (PBE) yüz yüze görüşülerek toplanmıştır. 
 Bulgular: Bulgular, kadınların ortalama yaşının 27.26 ± 5.62 (yıl), mevcut gebelik haftasının 33.48 3.12 (hafta) PBE skorunun 65.54 10.40 olduğunu göstermiştir. puan ortalamaları gebelerin gelir düzeyi, durumu, istenilen cinsiyette olması gebelikte eş desteği alma durumu arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir (p
